I am a tech guy. I can not understand why FIOS goes out to lunch so often during the day. It is enough to make me seriously consider cable. Besides the free DVR I never had the intermittent failure that I do with FIOS. I notice no "high" speed. Cable was reliable. Fios, lately, is anything butt. And it is slow, slow, slow......When it is there at all ! And monthly costs for the boxes? Under these conditions? Nope.

hi there, that isn't typical behavior for fios. are you connected hardwired or wireless?
and how would you best describe the problem, as a slow down, or does it simply stop working altogether,.
How new of an install is this? What times of the day does this problem occur, and have you done anything to troubleshoot where the problem may be, or what is causing it?
