How do I download the security sauite on my desktop? I am paying for the service and curreently have it on my laptop. I cant find the menu that will allow me to add the suite to an addtl computer. Thanks in advance.
download the in home agent and then when you open it, the security suite will be in your notifications area.
Alternately, if you dont want the In Home Agent, you can go to http://myverizon.com sign in with your main username/password. Then on the right hand side, 3rd section down, you well see "account tools" and in that section you will see an option that says "manage broadband essentials and extras". Click on that link and it will take you to any of the Verizon extra services that you subscribe to and you can access the download there.
