Signed up for 1 year plan but Surprise!!!

So i signed up for 1yr FIOS internet 50/50 plan and 2 months later they decided to raise my rates and send me a higher bill. When i called customer service, they said I have signed up for 2 plans...which makes so much sense because I need 2 plans on the same account at the same billing address.

Verizon should fix customer and billing service so, customer doesnt have to go thru a pain and explain agents how and when they signed up and talked to which person 3 months ago.  They had me go thru a 2 hour phone process to correct billing on my account.  Now i have to wait and see if they really corrected the issue within 24-48 hrs.

Thanks god i got an email from Verizon with order no. and price breakdown....that was my only defense otherwise they were ready to put me on another higher plan...what a joke!!!
