Good evening!
I began noticing connection speed issues on my iMac (wireless connection) yesterday. Today, I performed a speed test using the Speedtest app on my iPad. The results are consistently around 2.02 Mbps download and 0.26 Mbps upload. I have a Verizon M1424WR router and my package is 25/15.
I have rebooted the router several times and the speed test I try to perform on the Verizon support site does not progress beyond the animated status monitor ... while the list of functions under the animation all indicate "not started."
Any suggestions?

Are you able to get the iMac hardwired to the router? Need to rule out the Wireless as being the problem.

My worst speeds are wireless on my Macbook Pro and on my Macbook. I have the 35/35 pkg. On my PCs that are hardwired speed is above the provisioned rate. I finally hardwired the MBP. My top wireless speed was 13/11....and rarely. Avg speed was 8/5 on a good day!
