Dear TheDanno,

Usually every update to your operating system occurs while you are in the net(chating, researching, watching youtube videos, etc) I'm wondering if you tried resetting your router and set yours ports again into the router. Also try  to un-install and install the web cam driver and the program that you use to access the pictures.

Will be something like you did in the beginning.

Good Luck!

Let me know if you did the process

This continues to happen - I am thinking it is the NAT on the ActionTech router.  Are there any other router options offered by Verizon?  What do they offer for small business?  Perhaps I could get one of those?

Thats the only router offed by Verizon. (actiontec and westell name brands but they have the same software). There is another router that they offer but only when subscribed to the 150/35 speed. $$$$$

You could always just incorporate your own router in with the Verizon router. There have been many discussions on how to do this.
