I have the 50/50 plan. I used to get 58/50 consistently on speed tests. Now ever since Speed Match took effect, I'm getting 48/61. That loss of 10mbps is very noticable on my network.
All the techs say 45-60 is the norm. **bleep**. Speed Match didn't speed match. Plain and simple. Wired or wireless, it makes no difference. Always 48/61.
you're not the only one. i complained about this to the verizon rep online. all i have to say is, they keep raising the rates, and offer pitiful incentives for existing customers and on top of that, the quality of the fios plan i am paying for has gone downhill. i'm seriously considering other service providers now that others besides verizon are available for my building.
