Starz Play Stopped Working after 2 weeks

Verizon installed my FIOS Service around 9/1.  I ordered the Starz Play promotional package for 14 days to see if I liked it.  On about the 12th day the service stopped working.  After I startup Starz Play a progress bar moves up to 60% complete and then hangs.  I get a popup error saying that I'm offline.  I checked my firewall settings and Starz Play is still allowed through.  I haven't made any other changes to my network or PC either.

For the first part of the promotional period I was using Starz Play, downloading movies at blazingly fast speeds, and watching them when I had time.  Now the service has just stop connecting.  I have no other problems connecting to the Internet or anything, just that the service has stopped.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I go to the Verizon's System Status link it also says that it is temporarily unavailable?  So I'm not sure if they are upgrading Starz Play and have taken the service down or not.
