I need someone to help me with an online problem with my fios internet account and why the wireless and home accounts can't be merged online. For some reason NO ONE at Verizon can make the transfer to a working number.  Either that number goes to someone in INDIA who does not or cannot assist with this problem or I get transferred to a number that is no longer working.  It is an online issue for Fios internet.  Why is this taking 2 days and i still can't get ahold of anyone to help me. I am just trying to pay a bill and there are some glitches- why is it so difficult to get through.  The Support is a -10.  I'm so disappoint and now i will be twittering about it.  What a waste of time and energy.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.
