I have an issue getting on certain sites (my daughter wanted to get onto wacom.com) and i called support last night. After 40 minutes on hold i got to tech support and after 90 minutes of him 'helping' me he said he needed a break (I assume bathroom) and would call me back after 5 minutes. He never did.I tried calling back to support and got put on hold and gave up after about 15 minutes. I am hold not (for about 15 minutes again - please change the music!!) The problem isn't fixed. Why isn't there some way for me to just email issues and have someone get back to me or email me the answer. I don't have all this time. Please get back to me.

Sundays is one of those where I'm sure Verizon does not have the staff available to handle the technical support line. It's like that with many companies so the wait times tend to be elevated. As a tip, even though it may cause some problems internally with how calls are managed, going to the telephone main menu and saying "Agent" should score you someone within a few minutes. At that point, it depends on how much the person that answered knows to fix your problem. They should be well-rounded and able to answer a problem you toss at them, so give it a shot. If you get sent back into a phone queue, then nothing was gained.
