Trouble with Wireless Connection

I hope someone can help.

I have Verizon FIOS and I need to connect two additional computers to the internet through wifi. I've checked my settings and seem to be ok.  When I try to connect on one of the other computers I get the error message 'can not connect". I have Netgear adapters on both other computers which wasn't a problem at our last house. We just had FIOS installed in our new house.

Any Ideas?

So, are you seeing the SSID (from the sticker on the router) and trying to connect to that?   If so, are you entering the key code (also from the sticker)?
