I currently have the Verizon Family Protection software install on my lap top and I want to uninstall the software. But I don't have the administrator userid/email address that was used to install the software. So it want let me in to uninstall the software. Do anyone know who I can contact to get this issue resolved.
You definetely need that info to access the Uninstall code from within the software. You may have to contact Verizon and they may ask you to verify you are the account holder or authorized to make changes before they give it to you.
