This message keeps appearing on my desktop. Does anyone know anything about it "Vz Display Agent 2.exe. Entry Point not found" " cxx Frame Handler 3 could not be located in the dynamic link library nsvet.dll

YOU DON'T want the IHA software even installed. ITs very buggy. Look for and uninstall it and all other pieces of software with Verizon as part of the name.

I would try to do a system restore for a date before the problem started.

Have you installed the IHA software. If so uninstall it and reinstall. Not totally sure if that is where the message is coming from. link is at bottom of page under support tools.

I know what it is. Verizon is trying to send a message to my desktop to get me to renew contract. I have been getting messages from them daily, but something went wrong and now I get this error message instead. I think I prefer the error mesage to the ad. I just x it out and life goes on.

Yes, uninstall In Home Agent IHA). Afterwards after booting uo your computer oprn task manager, go to processes and look for the IHA process running. End the process and you will no longer have the problem. Worked for me.
