Verizon Router Needed?

Hello all,

I currently have FIOS TV/Internet service in my home. The TV service is NOT using any Verizon STBs, as I have TIVO deployed, but I am using a MCard in my main TIVO DVR. Do I still need to use the Verizon router or can I swap it out for a real router?

Should be able to use your own router.
