Verizon site problem with Safari

Do you all get a message like this often?  I get it several times a sesson?  Don't know what kind of problem people have in Windows.

There continues to be problems with safari and verizon. Now with the new updates the page just loops an does not open at all. Verizon has been notified. Not one fix yet.

I have the same issue.  This IS  an internet company, right?

No, not really.  They are a Service Provider and/or a telecom company. They are not Google, Yahoo or Apple.

• Click on Tools (the gear icon) > Reset Safari....
• Check Empty the cache and Remove all cookies, then click on Reset.

Have you guys done the above?
