I would think that it is not so much a Verizon issue as a Landlord issue. The building owner needs to be willing to let Verizon come into the building to install their equipment.

So if you know FiOS is available in your area but is not in your building, tell your property owner or Condo HOA board to reach out to Verizon at www.verizon.com/communities or call us at 1-866-638-6066 and we'll be happy to start the conversation.

That phone number would be great if anyone ever answered it or called back. I have left several messages over 2 month and I have had no response. How do I actually get in touch with someone?
