I have successfully installed the Verizon Internet Security Suite (at least after the whole download/install it tells me : "Installation Complete"). But there is no lock with the "V" icon on the desktop, and it doesn't appear under "All Programs". I ran through the entire installation process 3 times and it still can't be found. Not in "Add/Remove" programs either.
I have installed it on another laptop on the same wireless network and everything is fine.
Got FIOS about a month ago. Everything else works fine.
Where is it??
download, install and run this. This will remove any BAD entries that happened with the installation.

once this is done cleaning up the bad mcafee entries, reinstall mcafee.
