I live in a FIOS black hole. Every neighborhood and apartment complex around my condo complex has FIOS, but our complex does not.
I first thought this was an issue with the home owners association somehow stymying Verizon from putting FIOS into our complex, but at our last meeting, several homeowners demanded to know why we didn't have FIOS. The property manager said he had been trying "for years" to get us FIOS, but was having communication issues with Verizon.
The property manager, nice of a guy as he is, is just not a guy who gets things done, so I doubt he's tried really hard or even mildly hard to actually get this done. So I've taken this upon myself to see what I can get done as a homeowner there.
What I want to know is, before I sit down and call Verizon and escalate and escalate until I find the person that can help me.....does anyone know who the right person to talk to is so I can just go to them immediately? Email or phone number?
