I have an Actiontec combination FIOS modem.wireless router. Lately I'm noticing that I'm getting a lot of dropped signals. This occurs both with my desktop computer (hard-wired to the modem/router) and my laptop (wireless). For that reason I don't think its a wireless network problem. Wireless connection to modem/router is excellent.
Anyone know what the problem could be? I have turned the modem/router off for 30 seconds and then back on. Hard to tell if that fixes the problem because the signal could be working one second and not the second. In other words, I get a message saying web site could not be reached, try again. When I try again it usually works. It's hit or miss.
