Currently with any of the FLEX bundles just TV/data non phone bundles there is no required TOS agreement required. The paper TOS agreement is not required either. If you have the service you don't have to worry about losing your discounts.

cjacobs, thanks for the link. I used that link and when I log in with my user name and password, it gives me the error message seen at the following link: http://swopey78.tripod.com/aboutme. I agreed to a bundle terms of service when I became a fios subscriber in June 08, wonder if that means since I already accepted a bundle term I don't have to do it again, at least that's what I am led to believe according to my screen.
