Error 8362 is probably a computer registry error, perhaps caused by infestation by malware.  You can fix it.  Google "error 8362" and pick what ever solution moves you

When and where are you getting this error? First suggestion is be more specific in what you want and less threatenting in your messages and myabe you'll get some help.
