Is it just me. I have found that since Verizon now offers this new higher speed internet, all my verizon sites have suddenly started loading slower. It was bad enough that we have to keep signing in after they upgraded earlier this year.

From my experience so far, it is not any slower now than it was before the new speeds were made available. All of the Verizon sites except the email site have always seemed slow to me, although they did improve somewhat in the last year or so.
I don't have to keep signing in; once I set the two week thing their sites automaticallly log me in every time, and I remain logged. I suspect that your problem is a cookie issue; when you choose the two week option a cookie is set specifically for that, and if for some reason that cookie gets deleted then you must log in again. You should check your cookie handling options in the browser.

I think it has more to do with the "improvement" of the website. It is slower to load and has too many things going on. Finding what you actually need to do has become more difficult.

Boy do I agree with that statement! Fortunately I use My Verizon mostly only once a month to pay my bill. ![]()
One thing anybody can try if they are using Firefox or Google Chrome is to install the Adblock Plus add-on, then find things on the Verizon pages you don't need and block them. I have been using Adblock-Plus for several years and it can really clean up some of the awful stuff on lots of websites. It comes with a large list of stuff that it will automatically block, and then you can easily add your own items. The only add blocker I have found for IE has not worked very well for me.
