Lost Connectivity On Thursday Around 1 Pm. TechSupport Makes Appointment For Sunday, But Takes My Cell phone Number And Says Dispatch Will Cal Me With An Update Sometime Before They Close At 9 Pm. No One Calls So WhenI Call they Tell Me That Dispatch Closes At 7 Pm And I Should Call Friday Morning And Ask To Speak To Dispatch. Next Morning I Call And Am Told That Only They Can Speak To Dispatch. So They Call Dispatch And I Am Told That There Is An Outage Effecting More Than Just Me And They Are On The Way To Fix It. Calm Back 4 Hours Later After Waiting For A Promised Update That Never Came Only To Be Told They Weren't GoingTo Be Out Until The Next Day. The Next Day Comes And I Am Told, No Sorry, Won't Be Until The Next Day. Total crap
