online bill pay isnt working

i have tried in vain to pay my verizon bill online for the past two weeks and the page will not load i have always paid this way in the past and now it doesnt work

I have had the same issue for several months. The E center keeps telling me they are working on it but it has been over 2 billing cycles and I still cant view my bill. What can I do to get someone to actually look into this.
