Information about storage space increases
Storage capacity for most current standalone and bundle Verizon Online Backup and Sharing (VOBS) accounts have been increased at no additional charge. If you have one of the following packages, your storage capacity has been increased as follows:

This increase was automatic for subscribers with 1GB, 5GB, 10GB, 20GB, or 50GB standalone or bundled accounts.
The upgrade did not cause any interruption of service.
If you have a 3GB or 25GB package, you may increase your storage capacity as follows:
- Visit My Account to change your existing VOBS account either to a new VOBS offer with increased storage capacity, or to a bundle with increased storage capacity and Verizon Internet Security Suite.
- Your account will be changed to reflect the new storage capacity, and a new monthly charge will apply. In some cases, monthly charges for a new package with increased capacity will be less than your old monthly charge.
- If you increase the storage capacity of your VOBS account, you do NOT have to move your files. Your current account capacity will be increased.
