you can delete the toolbar from add and remove programs I believe, and the 2nd thing is usually caused by the Verizon cookies being deleted when you close the browser. If you are using IE then go to and click Tools, click Internet options. Go to privacy and make sure the level is medium. For Firefox click Tools, then options, at privacy check the cookies options. Some anti virus/spyware may be deleting the cookies
