After I sign in to my voice mail and select one and click "Play", a rectagular grey box comes up with a slash circle, an option to forward or delete, but no message plays. This is true for all messages, and has been so for months, on all my computers.
Any suggestion to be able to play messages on the computer greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know what Verizon uses in particular for audio playback, but such a symbol is normally characteristic of a codec being unsupported. Otherwise it is a symbol of a plugin not loading. Have you checked to see if software such as Adobe Flash and your web browser is up to date?

Thanks for suggestion - My flash is up to date - as is my codecs. Indeed I have lots of audio programs of all sorts of formats that work just fine - just not Verizon. Any other thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
