There are rev f and g.  G is pretty much only available to those with the 150/35 or higher packages.

F is also fairly rare.

With 15Mbps/5Mbps you'll get anything from a Rev. D to a Rev. F. More than likely they will provide you with a Rev E considering how more common those units are in comparison to the Rev. F. The Rev. D's are older units as well, so those are really given out as replacement units these days.

They're all the same wireless 54g and wired 100mb.  With the high speed download service, 100mb +, you would expect to get an Actiontec rev G which is a wireless-n and a 4 port gigabit wired.
