Depending on where you are located you may already have it. For example, I have it on channel 18/518 in the DFW area, and I know some other areas of the country also have it.
I think the problem is that, for Verizon to pick it up and distribute it, a local broadcast channel in your area must first pick it up and broadcast it as a subchannel, then Verizon can get it. At least that is what I have read somewhere, no idea where. And of course I could be wrong.....
