HBO Go is a no go

I subscribe to the premium channels including HBO. Tried to get HBO GO but says I need to  upgrade. ?????

i would call verizon and see if hbo go was added with the hbo subscription... if it is on your account then the problem will be with hbo and if the hbo go isnt on your account have verizon take off and put the hbo back on in different orders, once the update version is on your account it will have the go on it
