Does anybody from Verizon actually manage these message boards? There is still a sticky above about the Epix Free Preview that occured from June 21-23. I think that ship has sailed moderators. Again, just wondering...:)

I can say for certain that these boards are "managed" on a regular basis.  This doesn't mean that every detail is perfect of course.  If you'd like to help out, why not examine all the forums, determine which "stickies" are obsolete, and then submit the list to Heather?  She would probably love the help because evidently she's a very busy person.  Good luck.

I'm not really serious about it, was just giving them a hard time. It's a slow morning. 😉 Besides, I only care about three forums here, I certainly wouldn't want to bite off that workload.

Technical Support is TERRIBLE!

I have had FIOS since it first came into Montgomery County Maryland. I have had several issues where credits were always given. However recently I am not able to access my Digital Voice, meaning when I log into verizon.net I can see and get all my email, I can see my TV channels and DVR recording, however I cannot and have not been able to access my voicemail features, I cannot place my do not disturb, I cannot block callers and I can't do nothing. I have opened tickets, the last one being {edited for privacy} for you all to close the ticket, and ITS NOT RESOLVED. I would think that for over 200 bucks a month I could and should have some reasonable expectation to have my issues resolved. I mean how technical can this be? Maybe if Verizon worried more about the stability of thier products rather than to force feed me with FIOS Quantum MAYBE JUST MAYBE there wouldn't be so many complaints.

Seriously I can't wait till this contract is up, I will give Comcast Xfinity a try. Verizon Technical Support is about as useful as {please keep your posts courteous}..........I can't wait till this contract ends and I wish I knew a way to lodge a complaint!

You all also need to stop using them Indians, they can't speak english and their knowledge is worth than the department they escalate the issues too, your Verizon In House Agent also is a piece of **bleep**................Doesn't work either........
