MLB extra innings

Does anyone know how to access extra innings channels?  I checked the program guide and cannot find.  Thanks!

Try in the 1470-1488 range.  Note as mentioned else where they just moved two of the HD feeds, and may be about to add 3 additional HD feeds in mpeg4 only.
