I'm getting the free preview in SD but not HD. The same thing happened in the spring with the MLB package. You can call customer service 10 times and you'll get 10 different answers, and none of them will be right. They are terrible!! They corrected the issue with the MLB package after a day or two, so hopefully they'll fix the NHL package too.
