Pay-per-view redress

According to the customer service reps that once a movie is ordered on pay-per-view there is no redress for the pay-per-view system delivering the wrong movie. There needs to be a way to correct errors both for customer satification and operational coordination. I am unlikley to rent a movie on a system that cannot be trusted or redressed for errors.
