Hi ,
I recently resubscribed for another 2 years. For the last 3 weeks I get the following message when i try to turn on VOD: "VOD temporarily unavailable VOD_204."
I've talked to Tech Support, they reset my boxes, etc. and they tell me everything is fine. It's not!
I looked at the forums and found :
1. It seems that Karl_VZ (an employee) helped someone out last year with the same probblem.
2. I also read that it may be the billing dept that didn't turn the VOD on when i renewed my contract last month.
PLEASE HELP ME.
I have FIOS Extreme HD with the Quanta 50/25 internet speed.
