Promises broken - unhappy

On May 10 2014, I renewed the 2-year verizon double play package with an additional request to add 3 specific channels. The Verizon Representaive name was Rick. He was excellent in providing service. The 3 channels requested were:

BBC America, Biography and Sundance. The order number was {edited for privacy} . The issue is the Sundance channel was not added as promised at the time of the order. The other two channels were added. I called customer support today May 21, 2014 to request the addition of the Sundance Channel as promised. I was informed the Sundance Channel is not part of the Extreme package. An upgrade is required at a price difference of $15.00. From my perspective, Verizon dropped the ball. An agreement made at the time of the order should be provided as promised. If you are interested in customer satisfaction and improving your service, make sure when you agree to do as the customer requests, you fulfill the agreement. You now have an unhappy customer.
