These are Peer to Peer fourms.

Yes, many times a peer knows the answer to a question.

However if you are asking things that need Verizon to answer, this is not usually the place.

Sure they do. But as others have said, the Forums exist for users to help other users. The one other question you have asked since registering appears to me to not be one that another FiOS user could reasonably be expected to answer, and I feel sure that is why it is unanswered.

Ask a question that another user might reasonably be able to answer, and I suspect you will get an answer. Or better yet, help someone else out by answering their question.
