When you go to the NASA.gov web site they even tell you what you need to do to pick up their feed. Let me at their programming gear and I will add it myself.

I would strongly recommend adding Cartoon Network to the lineup ASAP. I just switched over from Cablevision and when my kids discovered that they cannot watch their favorite show, Clone Wars, they were really upset.
I don't understand why you have the Cartoon Network - Spanish but not the English version of this channel.
