FiOS TV Programming

Do you have any of the other Boston stations? From what it looks like, most of them (PBS, ABC, NBC, CBS) should be available, both SD and HD. Now let me ask you this. Do you get the subchannel from the Boston NBC affiliate (This TV) or the Providence NBC affiliate (RTV)?

Please give us subscribers who enjoy the BBC (and we are MANY) our HD. HD is now the standard not the exception.

Love the FIOS product so let's see the bandwidth put to use!

Verizon should be doing everything in their power to get this channel. I know a lot of people who would not go to satelite because they couldn't get CSN for Philly sports. It was the deal breaker for me. As soon as I found out Verizon was carrying CSN I couldn't switch fast enough. Now, Comcast is moving more games to a channel that only they provide. It was 4 Flyers games last year and now 10 games this year. It looks as if they will add more and more games each year and if that happens I will be going back to Comcast. Good thing my contract is up before the season starts so I will be able switch before it starts.

Remember: Comcast OWNS the Flyers and Sixers.

TCM HD (not sure if this is offered or not --- badly needs to be in HD)

Cartoon Network HD

ION Life HD (if it even exists)

Nickelodeon channels HD (if they even exist)

Funimation HD (if it even exists)

NASA HD (I'd watch it if it was in HD)

IFC HD (perfect for HD, don't currently watch)

Sundance HD (perfect for HD, don't currently watch)

Also...has 1080p programming been discussed yet? I'm sure it has...

I am a Washington Capitals fan and I would like to see all their games.

I heard that AMC HD, IFC HD, Fuse HD (I think), and there was one other, were supposed to be added this month. I think a few markets already have them.

I like all the suggestions that have been said so I will not repeat them. I basically would just like to see Verizon to add more HD channels. I know there are alot now, but this is the first area of the channel guide I go to and stay in about 95% of the time. I really do not go out of the HD channels unless there is really something I want to see that is on a non-HD channel. So I really do not have a preference what channels are added, just as long as they are HD.

ssett, i believe the other channel being added in HD is WE.  Check your listings sometime this week.  Also, the EPIX channel will be added soon as a pay service.  But before deciding if  you want to pay an additional premium for that channel, keep in mind that they chop off approx 25%  - 40% of the picture on new movies such as IRON MAN, INDIANA JONES IV, etc. (For me, that is a deal-breaker...defeats the whole purpose of HD).

Wow! That is freaking sweet if those channels get added this month! Just in time for Halloween! TCM and AMC are about the only channels I need left to watch Halloween films in HD, so I am pretty hyped...if this happens! And TCM isn't too big of a deal for me, because I barely watch it...but it would still be really nice
