FiOS TV Programming

There is a new historical network dealing with Black Heritage issues.  The name of the network is Black Heritage Nework.  I am very interested in receiving and viewing this network and I will subscribe to the first video provider cabel or satelite that offer this program.  I have searched your program offering and I do not find this listed.
