I live in Maryland and when I visit my father in another part of MD and log onto my Verizon account, it shows me listings for Dallas instead of my home listings. So I can't program my DVR like I can from my office that also in MD.
I have the same problem...but worse. I live in MA...and have done so since I first subscribed to FIos over 5 years ago. About 3 months ago my TV listings online showed DALLAS...what is it with Dallas? I can not see the correct Boston listings and can't use my DVr online from my own home...and no tech support at VErizon has a clue how to fix it! Ready to switch to COMCAST
