It was removed from older versions of the Extreme package (there were apparently at least 2 or 3 different versions out there. I just renewed my triple play a month or so ago and the current version of extreme has Tennis Channel.
Check the channel line-ups by going to http://www.verizon.com/home/fiostv/tv-packages/ and clicking the compare packages link. Current version of Extreme shows it as included (at least for my area).

It always makes me chuckle when someone threatens to call Comcast. Just an FYI, the Tennis channel is only available on Comcast in their Digital Premier package which is the equivalent of the Ultimate HD tier here on FiOS. It's the same with WFN though the Outdoor channel looks like it is available in Comcast's lower tiers.
