We're trying to watch Manhattan and it's all pixelated and botched up. What's the deal?
Sounds like a bad signal to the set top box. Are your other set top box locations also having this issue? If no, try reseating the coax connection on the back of the affected box at both ends to verify a strong signal to the box, then give it a power cycle by unplugging its power for about 10s.
