no longer have channels 171-179. Why not?

Trying to find the answer to this on the website and keep getting error pages and general lack of information.  Can't email support directly b/c it keeps claiming I'm using special characters in my message which I'm not.  This website is messed up.  But I want Bravo, CLOO, Logo, BBCA, Ovation back.  It's a large part of the reason I got theFIOS  package in the first place.
