Adding FIOS TV to FIOS Internet

I currently have FIOS Internet, delivered via an Actiontec 424 WR router.

If I decide to add FIOS TV service, will another connection need to be made from outside my home to the router, or does the FIOS TV signal skip the router entirely?

Basically, my question is this. If I have both FIOS TV and FIOS Internet, are there two coax lines that come into my home, one for internet and one for TV, or just one coax line which is shared amongst the TV and internet signals.

Thanks

The coax line will be split, with coax going to the set top boxes and the router. The splitter is bi-directional and will provide internet to the router and the router will provide internet to the TVs.

Here is a link to the FIOS TV installation page.
