After upgrading to Quantum TV, FIOS Mobile App only recognizes Media Server

I recently upgraded to FIOS Quantum TV and the FIOS IOS mobile app doesn't recognize all of my cable boxes.  I have 3 boxes (1 Media Server and 2 Media Clients) but only the main (media server) appears in my Set Top Box list.  With my old equipment, this worked fine.

Any ideas?  Tried logging out of fios app and reinstalling but still having issues.

When I log on I only see 1 STB also.

Mobile app doesnt work with Quantum TV yet. Online does.

As of today are you still having this issue? With the old system it could take up to 48 hrs for the network to recognize the set up/STB in your home so that it shows on your mobile APP and the on screen menu.

I am concerned because I just ditched Direct TV went 100% Fios and it took 2 days for the system to recognize all of the STB’s. But now they just dropped of the Quantum gear and I have all of my devices in a rack in the LAN room all controlled by the Mobile APP. If this is the case whit Quantum not working on Mobile this is a MAJOR DEAL KILLER. VERIZON PLEASE FIX THIS AND UPGRADE ASAP.

Ok everyone it works now the client devices now can be controled by the Fios Mobile App

We upgraded to quantum tv and app no longer see's dvr recrordings or schedule.  Uninstalled and reinstalled app....still nothing.
