I have previously downloaded, installed and activated the Android Fios remote app to my phone.
It's now asking to enter an activation code, which I did weeks ago. I'm not at home and will not be at home for some time. The application on the phone offers two activation options...Internet and TV.
I can no longer find any link on the Fios site which will allow me to (re)activate the Android app via the web. The only activation page I can locate says "you must be in front of your TV."

Log in to www.verizon.com/fiostvcentral, then on the top menu go to My TV->Set top Boxes. From there you should see the confirmation code to enter in the app.
