Hi, long story short, I had to cancel one verizon account and when I resetup a new account, verizon gave me new equipment. The old equipment I returned to a UPS store in the box that was provided. Unfortunately I lost the tracking number and now verizon is charging me a huge fee for "not returning" the equipment.
The UPS store informed me that Verizon should have information on the shipping label, anyone know of a way to get the label information that was tied to my account?

I hate to say it but good luck. You're in for a battle with having lost the tracking number.
As far as I know they don't tie the tracking number to your account. They generate the labels and mail them off to have the equipment returned and it's up to you to keep track of it.
Yea, it isnt looking good. However, going by what the UPS store told me, Verizon should have information on the label number which the UPS store could tie to a shipping number. So I'm hoping a Verizon employee on here could help find that.
Edit: I'm assuming in the event of someone need a new label, verizon would provide the same one, so they HAVE to keep that somewhere.
