I had the same experience. I lost all my channels on 9/29 was was told there is outage in the area. My wife called yesterday and told the same thing but it should be fixed in a few hours. Today, I called again and was told the outage was fixed but now there is an issue with my outside box. How did I go from an outage to a problem with my outside box? AND now, I have to wait until tomorrow for someone to fix it.
