I CREATED A NEW THREAD CUZ THE ONE I FIRST MENTIONED THIS IN IS OOOOOOOLLLLLLD........ok, in my fios tv menu, i can pin protect my wifi credentials, and i must input my parental control pin to view them on tv.......going to settings , HOWEVER IF I GO TO THE IN-HOME AGENT 1.01 ON FIOS STB MENU, THEN VIEW WIFI CREDENTIALS, I do NOT HAVE TO ENTER PIN...THE SECURITY IS BYPASSED!

Unless and until Verizon changes the software to fix this ridiculous security flaw, I would suggest getting a third party wi-fi router and using that just for wi-fi and turn off the wifi on the FIOS router.

well maybe verizon ought to provide one of those for us. i won't hold my breath for that though. maybe they think that it is fixed, as they did manage to partially PIN/password protect it
