Bad Gateway

Cant use remote DVR  or app.  Bad Gateway is the reason.  I would like to program a show, from a computer or phone because I am not home.

"Bad Gateway" means that the port mappings required for Remote DVR are disabled. You'll need to get in touch with Verizon to reset them. Make sure to tell them to "reset the port mappings for Remote DVR." They will be able to fix it in a few minutes.
